Return Policy

We guarantee satisfaction! My products deliver what I say they will with
no hype… you can count on that! If for any reason you need to exchange
or return a product, here are the rules.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, I will send you either replacement parts, a new unit or refund your money including shipping. If your Pyramid Pro Pan is defective replacement parts will be mailed to you at no cost.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We have a thirty day from purchase return policy on all new, unused products. If you change your mind and don’t want the product, I will refund your money less shipping costs.
